First introduced before the 2022 season, MVP’s Cy Young Award became one of the most respected awards, given it’s the manner in which we pay respect to those willing to pitch.

2022
- 16 Votes: Tom Loesch (CYA)
- 4 Votes: Jon Rich
In the inaugural year of the award, long-time ace and fan favorite, Tom Loesch took home the hardware with 80% of the votes.
Meanwhile, a promising new ace of the future emerged, earning the name Jewish Shohei thanks to his dual-threat as MVP’s first formidable two-way since Dave Wynkoop.
2023
- 11 Votes: Jon Rich (CYA)
- 4 Votes: Tom Loesch
The Jewish Shohei went 4-0, allowing 26 runs in 36 innings, the best ERA ever with that many innings while hitting a career-best .733. Meanwhile, Loesch posted a 5-1 record allowing just shy of two runs per game.
While the award had since been decided, Rich took the bump in his first title game, and helped lift MVP to its second consecutive title.
2024

The Jewish Shohei threw 99% of the time, making him the lone choice for Cy Young.
2025

- 4 Votes: Shane White
Once again, the Jewish Shohei took home the hardware, but not without a fight from Shane White. Shane only threw two innings against the Goblins, but held them scoreless across both frames, making him the only MVP pitcher with one inning pitched to have an ERA of 0.00.
