With almost everyone showing up for a free Father’s Day meal, there were a lot of hitters. In fact we had a sub 1 players to runs ratio on a 260 foot field. 1-6 combined for 10 runs and 7-69 scored 6.
Mr. White, as known by the Stoner third basemen, led the team with a 4-4 game including 2 home runs. Quite the bounce back from throwing his glove at the fence last week.
Jon Rich made his debut in right field today. Don’t think that was on anyone’s bingo card.
People still haven’t paid the league fee. Figure it out.
A look ahead to the Batting Title shows a 3 man race including GM, Munch, and Shane. They’re also the only guys hitting over .600. For reference, nine (9) qualified guys accomplished that feat last year. Regression?
We get the new team, Breaking Balls, next week. Only those who have paid the league fee will be told the location.
