- MVP bats are back, but are they here to stay?
- Pat Biemer suggests a lineup shake-up
- Tom Loesch fabrications continue
Last week, MVP scored a season-high 34 runs in their win over the Stoners. The big news, however, is MVP hit as many home runs on Sunday as they did all of last year, combined. Which is both impressive and tragic in the same breath. Regardless, this means a fly-out contest is pretty much inevitable if MVP doesn’t stay on top of the ball. Which, nobody ever does. Ever. It’s very easy. Give it a whirl.
A counter measure? Pat’s Biemer’s new lineup suggestion. He calls it “Biemer Ball.” In one word, Biemer Ball can be described as mayhem. Put the fastest guys at the top of the lineup and run like hell. As a result, Jon Rich will be leading off. The idea was struck on the 6th hole at the Links and, as we all know, deals get made on the course. The lineup will be implemented on Father’s Day to torment the aging Dugouts.
Speaking of age, the adolescent Goblins have been, according to Tom Loesch, practicing and shit-talking like this is Game 7 of the World Series. This is likely because they have an ample amount of time after missing the county playoffs for the first time since Tom Loesch was their age. Not a joke. Nobody really believes Loesch anyways as it’s clearly a ploy to get a rise out of the taller and younger GM. It’s simply another Sunday for the squad.
