Yup, that’s right.
I’m just as upset as all of you, but the GM appears to be tired of being stuck with cooler duty due to MVP stragglers Irish goodbye-ing, cooler-less.
In 7 weeks, the GM has been stuck with the cooler 3 times. That would be a .429 batting average, which is higher than quite a few MVP regulars.
Not good.
This is the first time in MVP history that a GM has exercised his Executive Power, especially with something as sacred as our beer, since 1991 when Tom Loesch required all MVP players to wear short shorts for his viewing pleasure.
While this is not something we want, it is necessary until MVP can get it together.
The cooler is being held hostage at the GM’s residence and anyone willing to fight the good fight and take the cooler is encouraged to save ‘Crazy Hat Day’ from being MVP’s first dry game ever.
DEVELOPING…
